This summer semester, I opted to take three college courses, talk about a full schedule within 12 weeks. I attend classes in the morning and early afternoon. Between running around back and forth from school and home, to working on homework, assignments and group projects, leaves me feeling energy depleted. When feeling this way, I grab the first thing I can get my hands on, regardless of what it is. In order to stay sharp to study and assimilate the material, I am trying to eat meals to help me stay on track.
Man-Size Meals For the Busy College Dad
What has been working for me lately, between my morning and afternoon classes, is that I go home to eat well-balanced meals. While shopping at my favorite store, Walmart, we were looking for quick meals in the freezer isle section that I can pop into the microwave to quickly satisfy my appetite. We noticed the New STOUFFER’S Fit Kitchen microwaveable single served entrees. These meals are super convenience for me and my crazy school schedule, only ten minutes in the microwave and they are ready to eat.

My favorite variety is the STOUFFER’S Fit Kitchen Steak fajita, which contains tender prime rib in smoked red chile sauce with a mix of red and green peppers and seasoned brown rice. It is Lord delicious!
My second favorite is the STOUFFER’S Fit Kitchen Cilantro Lime Chicken, which has white meat chicken with black bean and corn mix and seasoned brown rice with verde tomatillo sauce. It is finger licking good! Let me tell you, studying is not easy, and I need to be at my sharpest, specially for tests.
