Welcome! My name is Edgard, I’m a proud Miami blogger, a husband, and a devoted Dad of three. I created DadBlogsAbout.com to share my honest, real-talk perspective on fatherhood, family life, travel, and the daily hustle of making it all work.
My Journey: From Corporate to Paraprofessional to Delivery Driver Dad
My life is a testament to adapting for family. Born in Nicaragua (located in Central America) and raised in sunny Miami Florida, my path has always centered on providing the best for my wife and my three children.
In January 2015, I made a life-changing decision: I quit my corporate job and returned to school to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Supervision & Management. This pivot allowed me to finally complete my degree and, most importantly, dedicate significant time to my kids.
The Latest Chapter:
After graduating, I channeled my energy into my children’s world, volunteering at their school. This commitment led to a rewarding, full-time position as a School Paraprofessional.
However, 2025 brought new changes. I’ve stepped away from that role and am now embarking on a new adventure: hustling as a delivery driver to make ends meet. This is the definition of “Dad Hustle“—proving that being a dedicated father means constantly adapting and driving hard (literally!) for your family.
Life is All About Family.
I am a proud dad to two boys and “La Princesa,” my daughter. They are my everything, and the reason I push myself to accomplish every dream. I’ve been married to my college sweetheart for 25 years, and together we are making the best of this amazing, sometimes chaotic, adventure.
As a family, we are always on the hunt for our next great adventure. Personally, I love anything exciting and fun to do with the kids, which is why I’m always looking for the best things for families, whether that’s a new travel destination, the hottest new toys, the latest gadgets, or honest product reviews for the home.
